Pan-Seared Pork Loin with Sautéed Cabbage and Potato

- Pork Loin190 g
- Potato185 g
- Cabbage150 g
- Paprika3 g
- Water50 ml

Step 1: Slice the pork loin into medallions. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Peel and dice the potato into 1 cm cubes. Thinly slice the cabbage and onion. Mince the garlic.

Step 2: Heat 5ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork loin medallions and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Add the remaining 5ml of olive oil to the same skillet. Add the diced potato and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.

Step 4: Add the sliced onion, cabbage, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Add 50ml of water, cover, and steam for 2-3 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
