Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes to subscription fees.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

4. Token System

Our Service uses a token-based credit system for certain premium features:

• Tokens are consumed when using AI-powered meal plan generation and advanced features
• Token packages can be purchased separately from subscriptions
• Tokens do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Token usage is tracked and displayed in your account dashboard

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Accuracy

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be inappropriate for your specific dietary needs.

5.2 No Medical Advice

The Service does not provide medical advice. Meal plans and nutritional information are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any meal plans, recipes, or recommendations for your dietary needs, allergies, and health conditions.
