Red Cabbage1 cup
Salsa0.5 cup
Olive Oil0.5 tbsp
Lime0.5 unit
Cilantro2 tbsp
Chili Powder0.5 tsp
Cumin0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the chicken breast into thin strips or small cubes. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Heat 0.5 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Remove from heat.

Step 3: While chicken cooks, shred the red cabbage and slice the avocado. Chop the cilantro.

Step 4: To assemble the tostadas, spread a layer of salsa on each tostada shell. Top with cooked chicken, shredded red cabbage, and sliced avocado.
