Instructions

Cut the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.

Add broccoli florets and onion, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp and onion is softened.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 3-5 minutes until softened.

Stir in the cooked chicken pieces, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for 2-3 minutes more, stirring gently, until the spinach is wilted and the chicken is heated through.
