Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef Stir-fry with Jasmine Rice

- Fish Sauce15 ml
- Bell Pepper100 g

Instructions

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions and set aside.

Thinly slice beef sirloin against the grain. Slice bell pepper and onion into thin strips. Mince garlic.
