Green Papaya250 g
Shrimp200 g
Carrot50 g
Mint5 g
Cilantro5 g
Peanut30 g
Lime Juice15 ml
Fish Sauce20 ml
Sugar10 g
Chili2 g
Cooking Oil5 ml

Instructions

Peel and julienne green papaya and carrot. Place them in a large bowl.

Mince fresh mint, cilantro, and chili (if using). Roughly chop peanuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and minced chili (if using) to create the dressing.

Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Add grilled shrimp, chopped mint, cilantro, and peanuts to the bowl with papaya and carrot. Pour the dressing over the salad.

Toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
