- Chicken Broth300 ml
- Fish Sauce20 ml
- Garlic5 g
- Green Onion10 g
- Glass Noodles70 g
- Mushroom100 g
- Lime Juice10 ml
- Ginger5 g
- Cilantro5 g
- Chili3 g
Instructions

Thinly slice chicken breast and mushrooms. Mince ginger and garlic. Slice green onion and chop cilantro. Mince chili if using.

In a small pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
