Chicken Breast200 g
Glass Noodles70 g
Mushroom100 g
Chicken Broth300 ml
Fish Sauce20 ml
Lime Juice10 ml
Ginger5 g
Garlic5 g
Green Onion10 g
Cilantro5 g
Chili3 g

Instructions

Thinly slice chicken breast and mushrooms. Mince ginger and garlic. Slice green onion and chop cilantro. Mince chili if using.

In a small pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Add glass noodles and mushrooms to the pot. Cook for 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender.

Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, minced ginger, and minced garlic.

Pour into a serving bowl. Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and minced chili (if desired) before serving.
