Instructions

Step 1 (5 minutes): Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Shred the cabbage and carrots thinly. Chop the fresh dill.

Step 2 (5 minutes): Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3 (8 minutes): Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the turkey. Sauté for 3 minutes until the onion softens. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables start to soften.
