Tofu and Broccoli Stir-fry with Rice

Ingredients (Serves 1)

extra firm tofu350 g
cooked rice170 g
broccoli florets100 g
onion, sliced50 g
garlic, minced5 g
ginger, minced5 g
soy sauce10 ml
olive oil5 ml

Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.

Add sliced onion, broccoli florets, minced garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked tofu to the pan.

Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir to coat everything evenly.

Serve the stir-fry hot over the cooked rice.
