Ingredients
- extra firm tofu350 g
- cooked rice170 g
- broccoli florets100 g
- onion, sliced50 g
- garlic, minced5 g
- olive oil5 ml
- ginger, minced5 g
- soy sauce10 ml
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.

Add sliced onion, broccoli florets, minced garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
