- steak, top round or sirloin, raw348 g
- cumin5 g
- chili powder5 g
- small corn tortilla2 pcs
Instructions

Slice the raw steak against the grain into thin strips.

In a bowl, toss the steak strips with half of the olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion and cook until softened and slightly charred, about 7-10 minutes. Add minced garlic in the last minute.
