extra firm tofu300 g
cooked rice100 g
onion, chopped50 g
bell pepper, sliced50 g
broccoli florets50 g
garlic, minced5 g
ginger, minced5 g
olive oil10 ml
soy sauce15 ml
cumin2 g
chili powder2 g
salt1 g
black pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces using your hands or a fork.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.

Add minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the crumbled tofu, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.

Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another minute.

Serve the tofu scramble over the cooked rice.
