- cooked rice150 g
- onion, chopped50 g
- bell pepper, sliced50 g
- broccoli florets50 g
- garlic, minced5 g
- bell pepper, sliced50 g
- olive oil5 ml
- salt0.5 g
- black pepper0.5 g
- canned black beans, drained and rinsed100 g
- cumin2 g
- chili powder2 g
- soy sauce10 ml
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add tofu cubes and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
