Extra Firm Tofu (pressed and crumbled)390 g
Canned Black Beans (drained and rinsed)130 g
Bell Pepper (chopped)50 g
Nutritional Yeast15 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Avocado (diced)25 g
Cumin Powder1.5 g
Smoked Paprika1.5 g
Garlic Powder1 g
Onion Powder1 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Ensure tofu is pressed and crumbled (can be done ahead of time).

In a bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, drained and rinsed black beans, and chopped bell pepper.

Add the nutritional yeast, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Gently fold in the diced avocado.

Mix everything together until well combined.
