Ground beef400 g
Cabbage450 g
Onion100 g
Carrot120 g
Potato180 g
Bell pepper120 g
Garlic10 g
Olive oil20 ml
Vegetable broth250 ml
Paprika8 g
Caraway seeds4 g
Salt5 g
Pepper3 g

Instructions

Dice 100g onion, 120g carrot, 180g potato, and 120g bell pepper. Mince 10g garlic. Slice 450g cabbage thinly (8 minutes).

Heat 20ml olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add 400g ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned (5 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion, carrot, potato, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften slightly (7 minutes).

Stir in the minced garlic, 8g paprika, and 4g caraway seeds. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant (1 minute).

Add the sliced cabbage and 250ml vegetable broth. Season with 5g salt and 3g pepper. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and potatoes are cooked through (7 minutes).

Remove lid and simmer for another 3 minutes if needed to reduce liquid slightly (3 minutes).
