Instructions

Dice 100g onion, 120g carrot, 180g potato, and 120g bell pepper. Mince 10g garlic. Slice 450g cabbage thinly (8 minutes).

Heat 20ml olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add 400g ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned (5 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
