Jasmine Rice77 g
Bell Pepper77 g
Onion48 g
Green Beans48 g
Garlic9 g
Fresh Basil9 g
Soy Sauce14 ml
Fish Sauce9 ml
Cooking Oil2.8 ml

Instructions

Cook jasmine rice according to package directions. Keep warm.

Thinly slice the lamb against the grain. Dice the bell pepper, onion, and green beans. Mince the garlic.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add lamb slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove lamb from pan and set aside.

Add bell pepper, onion, and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return lamb to the pan. Add soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir well to combine. Stir in fresh basil leaves until wilted.

Serve the lamb stir-fry immediately over the cooked jasmine rice.
