Whole Wheat Pasta1.5 oz
Crushed Tomatoes1 cup
Zucchini0.5 small
Bell Pepper0.5 medium
Onion0.3 small
Garlic1 clove
Fresh Basil0.3 cup
Olive Oil1.5 tablespoons
Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
Salt0.3 teaspoon
Black Pepper0.3 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add whole wheat pasta and cook according to package directions (typically 7-10 minutes for quick-cooking varieties). Drain and set aside.

Step 2: While pasta cooks, dice onion, mince garlic, and dice zucchini and bell pepper.
