Speedy Tuna and White Bean Salad Wraps
A quick, no-cook salad packed with protein from tuna and white beans, mixed with crunchy vegetables and a light dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

- Lemon Juice10 ml

- Tuna250 g
- White Beans250 g
- Celery100 g
- Dill4 g
- Wrap60 g
Instructions

Drain 250g of canned tuna and 250g of canned white beans. Rinse the white beans under cold water. (2 minutes)

Finely chop 100g of celery and 50g of onion. Chop 4g of fresh dill. (5 minutes)

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, white beans, chopped celery, onion, and dill. (1 minute)

Add 80g of Greek yogurt, 30ml of olive oil, 10ml of lemon juice, 2g of salt, and 1g of pepper to the bowl. Gently mix until everything is coated. (1 minute)

Lay out two wraps (approx. 60g each). Divide the tuna and white bean mixture evenly between the two wraps. (1 minute)
