Egg Noodles50 g
Shrimp250 g
Bell Pepper100 g
Carrot50 g
Bok Choy100 g
Garlic8 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Oyster Sauce15 ml
Fish Sauce10 ml
Cooking Oil15 ml

Instructions

Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

Slice bell pepper and carrot into thin strips. Chop bok choy. Mince garlic. Peel and devein shrimp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce to create the stir-fry sauce.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to turn pink. Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add bell pepper, carrot, and bok choy to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return shrimp to the pan. Add cooked egg noodles and pour the stir-fry sauce over everything. Toss well to combine and heat through, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately.
