Instructions

If using pre-cooked brown rice, warm it according to package instructions. If using instant brown rice, prepare it now.

Slice the seitan into strips or cubes. Chop the broccoli into florets, slice the bell pepper, and julienne the carrot.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup to make the stir-fry sauce.
