Capers15 g

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta (takes 5 minutes).

While the water heats, finely chop the garlic (takes 1 minute).

Dice the tomatoes (takes 2 minutes).

Chop the fresh parsley (takes 1 minute).

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package directions, usually 8-10 minutes (takes 10 minutes).

While pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat (takes 1 minute).

Add the chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute (takes 1 minute).

Add the diced tomatoes and capers to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until slightly softened (takes 5 minutes).
