- Pork Tenderloin400 g
- Zucchini250 g
- Ginger10 g
- Soy Sauce40 ml
Instructions

Slice the 400g pork tenderloin thinly against the grain (3 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

Wash and slice the 250g peppers and 250g zucchini. Slice the 100g onion (4 minutes).

Mince the 15g garlic and 10g ginger (3 minutes).
