Store-bought Tostada Shells40 g
Canned Refried Beans250 g
Pre-cooked Lean Ground Beef180 g
Shredded Cheese (Mexican blend or Cheddar)40 g
Plain Greek Yogurt (2%) or Sour Cream40 g
Canned Diced Tomato (drained)50 g
Shredded Lettuce30 g
Red Onion (finely chopped)10 g
Fresh Cilantro (chopped)5 g
Cumin Powder1 g
Chili Powder1 g

Instructions

If desired, gently warm the refried beans and pre-cooked ground beef (microwave is fastest).

Prepare the toppings: Shred lettuce, dice tomato (if using fresh), finely chop onion and cilantro.

Lay out the tostada shells (usually 2 per serving).
