Ingredients (Serves 1)

Mince Beef350 g
Pasta80 g
Crushed Tomatoes350 g
Onion50 g
Garlic10 g
Olive Oil5 g
Dried Oregano1 tsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions (approx. 10-12 minutes).

While pasta cooks, finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mince beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5-7 minutes until browned.

Drain any excess fat from the beef. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly to the skillet with the meat sauce. Toss to combine.

Serve hot.
