Pre-cooked chicken breast strips200 g
Fresh spinach150 g
Nutritional yeast10 g
Turmeric powder1 g
Cumin powder1 g

Extra virgin olive oil15 ml
Whole grain bread50 g

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a small non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add the drained chickpeas, pre-cooked chicken strips, fresh spinach, nutritional yeast, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pan.

Stir gently for about 1 minute, just until the spinach wilts and the ingredients are heated through.
