Brussels sprouts250 g

Instructions

Prepare the vegetables: chop the onion (2 minutes), mince the garlic (1 minute), and halve the Brussels sprouts (2 minutes).

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and brown it, breaking it apart with a spoon, for about 3 minutes.

Drain any excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and get a slight char.

Stir in the beef broth and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
