- Carrot60 g
- Garlic5 g
- Sesame Oil5 ml
- Parsnip60 g
- Cabbage90 g
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Ginger5 g
- Vegetable Broth25 ml

Step 1: Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, prepare vegetables and chicken.

Step 2: Dice chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Julienne carrots and parsnips. Thinly slice cabbage. Mince ginger and garlic.
