Chicken Breast150 g
Brown Rice70 g
Cabbage100 g
Carrot50 g
Leek50 g
Onion30 g
Garlic2 clove
Ginger5 g
Soy Sauce15 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Olive Oil5 ml

Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, prepare vegetables.

Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Shred cabbage, julienne carrot, and thinly slice leek and onion. Mince garlic and ginger.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add cabbage, carrot, and leek. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.

Serve the stir-fry immediately over the cooked brown rice.
