Cucumber50 g
Tomatoes50 g

Vinegar5 ml

Instructions

Pat dry 160 grams of chicken breast and slice it thinly (1 minute). Season with salt and pepper.

Wash 150 grams of mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper (2 minutes). Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces (2 minutes).

Heat 10 milliliters of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the chicken slices and sear quickly until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side (6 minutes total cook time for chicken).

While the chicken cooks, combine the mixed greens, chopped vegetables, and 20 grams of walnuts in a bowl.

In a small dish, whisk together the remaining 15 milliliters of olive oil with 5 milliliters of vinegar, a pinch of salt, and pepper to make a simple dressing (1 minute).

Add the cooked chicken to the salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine (1 minute). Serve immediately.
