- Brown Rice100 g
- Broccoli150 g
- Carrot80 g
- Bell Pepper80 g
- Garlic10 g
- Bell Pepper80 g
- Olive Oil7.5 ml
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Soy Sauce15 ml
- Ginger10 g
Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, prepare vegetables.

Slice lean beef into thin strips. Chop broccoli into florets, slice carrot into thin rounds or matchsticks, and slice bell pepper.

Mince garlic and ginger.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove beef from pan and set aside.
