cooked chicken breast, diced130 g
canned black beans, drained and rinsed100 g
cooked rice50 g
onion, chopped40 g
bell pepper, chopped40 g
olive oil14 ml
cumin2 g
chili powder2 g
salt1 g
black pepper1 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.

Stir in the cumin and chili powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the diced cooked chicken and drained black beans to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

In a bowl, add the cooked rice. Spoon the chicken and black bean mixture over the rice.
