Vinegar10 ml
Fresh Dill5 g
Fresh Parsley5 g

Instructions

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves (1 minute).

Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and spring onion (3 minutes).

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans (1 minute).

Chop fresh dill and parsley (1 minute).

Combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, beans, dill, and parsley in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
