Slovenian Sausage and Cabbage Skillet

Step 1: Slice the Kranjska Klobasa into 1 cm thick rounds. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1.5 cm cubes. Roughly chop the cabbage and thinly slice the onion.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.
