Kranjska Klobasa120 g
Potato160 g
Cabbage150 g
Onion50 g
Oil7.5 ml
Caraway Seeds1 g
Salt1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Slice the Kranjska Klobasa into 1 cm thick rounds. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1.5 cm cubes. Roughly chop the cabbage and thinly slice the onion.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Add the diced potatoes and sliced onion to the same skillet, adding a little more oil if needed. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes start to soften and brown.

Step 4: Add the chopped cabbage and caraway seeds to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender-crisp. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and serve hot.
