Pork Tenderloin225 g
Potatoes125 g
Green Cabbage150 g
Onion50 g
Garlic1 clove
Olive Oil15 ml
Smoked Paprika2 g
Caraway Seeds1 g
Vegetable Broth50 ml

Instructions

Step 1: Slice pork tenderloin into 1-inch medallions. Dice potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Roughly chop green cabbage. Thinly slice onion and mince garlic.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork medallions and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove pork and set aside.

Step 3: Add potatoes and onion to the same skillet, stirring occasionally for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, and caraway seeds, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 4: Add chopped cabbage and vegetable broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender. Return pork to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
