Chicken Breast220 g
White Rice32.5 g
Cabbage120 g
Carrot37.5 g
Soy Sauce12.5 ml
Sesame Oil5 ml
Garlic4 g
Ginger4 g
Vegetable Oil2.5 ml
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Thinly slice cabbage and julienne carrots. Mince garlic and ginger.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger.

Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Step 4: Add cabbage and carrots to the same pan. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Return chicken to the pan.

Step 5: Pour the soy-sesame sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve immediately with cooked rice.
