Slovenian-Inspired Chicken & Cabbage Stir-fry with Rice

- Vegetable Oil2.5 ml

- Cabbage120 g
- Soy Sauce12.5 ml
- Ginger4 g
Instructions

Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions. While rice cooks, slice chicken breast into thin strips. Thinly slice cabbage and julienne carrots. Mince garlic and ginger.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger.

Step 3: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
