Instructions

Prepare ingredients: Finely chop the onion (5 minutes). Mince the garlic (2 minutes). Slice the bell pepper into thin strips (4 minutes). Dice the tomatoes (4 minutes).

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (5 minutes).

Add the chopped onion and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened (5 minutes).

Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
