Ingredients (Serves 1)

Pork sausage250 g
Potatoes200 g
Bell peppers150 g
Onion100 g
Olive oil20 ml
Paprika3 g
Rosemary2 g

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash 200g of potatoes and cut them into roughly 2cm cubes (4 minutes).

Slice 250g of pork sausage into chunks (2 minutes).

Wash and slice 150g of bell peppers and 100g of onion into similar-sized pieces (4 minutes).

In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes, sausage chunks, bell pepper slices, and onion slices (1 minute).

Add 20ml of olive oil, 3g of paprika, 2g of rosemary, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss everything together to coat evenly (2 minutes).

Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Roast for 25 minutes, flipping the ingredients halfway through, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
