Seared Steak with Roasted Vegetables and Rice
Tender seared steak served alongside roasted bell peppers, broccoli, and onions, finished with garlic and spices, accompanied by a portion of cooked rice.

- broccoli florets100 g
- onion, sliced50 g
- garlic, minced5 g

- steak, top round or sirloin, raw300 g
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and sliced onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.

Roast vegetables for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized. Add minced garlic for the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Pat the steak dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
