Ground Beef (lean)150 g
Potato150 g
Carrot75 g
Leek75 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Beef Broth75 ml
Thyme1 g
Salt1 g
Black Pepper0.5 g
Parsley2 g

Instructions

Peel and dice the potato into small 1 cm cubes (2 minutes). Dice the carrot into similar small pieces and thinly slice the leek (2 minutes). Mince the garlic (1 minute).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute.

Add ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 3 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Add diced potato, carrot, leek, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth, add thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in fresh chopped parsley (1 minute). Adjust seasoning to taste.
