Ground beef250 g
Brussels sprouts200 g
Onion75 g
Garlic7.5 g
Olive oil10 ml
Beef broth50 ml
Paprika2.5 g
Thyme1 g
Salt1.5 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Step 1 (5 minutes): Wash the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Measure out all spices and beef broth.

Step 2 (5 minutes): Heat 5 ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spoon. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3 (4 minutes): Add the remaining 5 ml of olive oil to the skillet with the beef. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced Brussels sprouts. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until Brussels sprouts are tender-crisp.

Step 4 (1 minute): Pour in the beef broth. Stir in the paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring, allowing the flavors to meld and the broth to reduce slightly. Serve hot.
