Canned sardines in olive oil, drained weight120 g
Fresh parsley5 g
Olive oil15 ml
Cucumber (seasonal)200 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Drain the canned sardines, reserving the oil if desired or adding fresh olive oil.

In a small bowl, mash the sardines with a fork. Stir in finely chopped fresh parsley and the olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.

Wash and slice the cucumber into sticks.
