Bell pepper50 g

Chili powder3 g
Cumin2 g
Oregano1 g

Beef broth50 ml
Zucchini200 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Dice the tomato.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and break it up. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain off any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan with the beef. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the diced tomato, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
