Bell Pepper100 g
Onion100 g
Olive Oil15 ml

Paprika2 g
Garlic Powder1 g
Walnuts35 g

Instructions

Pat dry 190 grams of lean beef steak and slice it into thin strips (2 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and spices (paprika, garlic powder).

Wash 200 grams of bell peppers and onions (1 minute). Slice the bell peppers and onion thinly (2 minutes).

Heat 15 milliliters of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the beef strips and sear quickly until browned on the outside but still slightly pink inside, about 2-3 minutes (3 minutes cook time for beef). Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the same pan and cook, stirring, until slightly softened but still crisp, about 3 minutes (3 minutes cook time for vegetables).

Return the beef strips to the pan with the vegetables and toss to combine (1 minute).

Serve immediately, topped with 35 grams of walnuts.
