- Jasmine Rice90 g
- Fish Sauce1.5 tbsp
- Spring Onion1 stalk
- Cooking Oil1 tbsp
- Black Pepper0.3 tsp
- Green Beans100 g
- Ginger20 g
- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Water3 tbsp

If not pre-cooked, prepare 90g jasmine rice according to package instructions.

Cut the chicken thigh into 1-inch pieces. Thinly slice the ginger (no need to peel). Finely chop the spring onion.

In a medium skillet or wok, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the sugar and cook for 1-2 minutes until it melts and turns into a light amber caramel (watch carefully to prevent burning).

Quickly add the chicken pieces and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
