Canned Tuna in Water (drained)240 gram
Canned White Beans (rinsed and drained)230 gram
Mixed Lettuce80 gram
Cucumber60 gram
Radishes60 gram
Fresh Parsley10 gram
Fresh Dill10 gram
Olive Oil35 ml
Lemon Juice or Vinegar15 ml
Salt1 gram
Black Pepper0.5 gram
Whole Grain Bread90 gram

Instructions

Flake the drained tuna into a large bowl.

Add the rinsed white beans, mixed lettuce, chopped cucumber, and sliced radishes.

Roughly chop the parsley and dill and add to the bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
