Quick Steak Tacos

- Beef sirloin180 g
- Onion50 g
- Bell pepper50 g
- Garlic powder1 g
- Cheddar cheese10 g
- Bell pepper50 g

- Oil5 ml
- Corn tortilla100 g
- Black bean50 g
- Salsa30 g
- Lime15 ml
- Cilantro5 g
- Chili powder3 g
- Cumin2 g
Instructions

Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.

In a bowl, toss the beef strips with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and half of the lime juice. Let marinate while you prep vegetables (minimum 5 minutes).

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook quickly, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the same skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until softened and slightly browned.

Return the beef to the pan with the vegetables. Stir in the black beans and warm through.
