Pork tenderloin300 g
Olive oil15 ml
Bell pepper150 g
Onion100 g
Chili powder5 g
Cumin3 g
Paprika3 g
Garlic powder2 g
Onion powder2 g
Salt2 g
Black pepper1 g
Corn tortilla100 g

Instructions

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips (about 1 cm thick).

Slice the bell pepper and onion into strips.

In a bowl, toss the pork strips with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the seasoned pork strips and sear for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan with the pork. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
