Ingredients
- Canned crushed tomatoes200 g
- Onion powder2.5 g
- Garlic powder2.5 g
- Olive oil15 ml
- Salt1.5 g
- Black pepper0.5 g
- Canned kidney beans (drained and rinsed)250 g
- Textured Pea Protein (dry)25 g
- Smoked paprika2.5 g
- Cumin2.5 g
- Vegetable broth (lactose-free)100 ml
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

Add dry textured pea protein, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin to the skillet. Stir for 1 minute.

Pour in the vegetable broth and canned crushed tomatoes. Stir to combine and scrape up any spices from the bottom of the pan.

Add the drained and rinsed kidney beans. Stir well.
