Cabbage250 g
Potato150 g
Onion60 g
Garlic15 g
Olive Oil10 ml
Paprika5 g
Caraway Seeds2 g
Salt2 g
Black Pepper1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Shred the cabbage and dice the potato into small, uniform cubes.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Step 3: Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced potato, shredded cabbage, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Step 4: Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and the cabbage is softened. If the skillet seems too dry, add a tablespoon or two of water.
