Caraway Seeds2 g

Instructions

Cut chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Thinly slice the cabbage. Dice the carrot, onion, and potato into small, uniform cubes for quicker cooking.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add diced onion, carrot, and potato to the same skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add sliced cabbage, paprika, and caraway seeds to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the pan. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
