Zucchini300 g
Olive Oil15 ml
Garlic10 g
Lemon Juice20 ml
Vegetable Broth50 ml
Fresh Parsley10 g
Whole Grain Crispbread2.5 piece
Lactose-Free Protein Powder20 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch
Red Pepper Flakes1 pinch

Instructions

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper (1 minute).

Mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley (2 minutes).

Using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler, create noodles from the zucchini (4 minutes).

Heat 30 milliliters of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (1 minute). Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (30 seconds).

Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque (3 minutes).

Pour in 40 milliliters of lemon juice and 100 milliliters of vegetable broth. Bring to a gentle simmer (30 seconds).

Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss quickly with the sauce for 1 minute, just until slightly tender but still firm (1 minute). Stir in the chopped fresh parsley (30 seconds). For the user's portion, stir in 40 grams of lactose-free protein powder at this stage or serve separately.
